Major MJ McColm
A Company Commander

Major McColm is our commanding officer. He has overall responsibility of the eight detachments and HQ Staff in Exeter and East Devon that make up A Company.

Captain FN Webber
Company 2IC

Captain Webber is A Company's 2nd in Command. He takes over as Company Commander in Major McColm's absence. He is also responsible for the A Company's adult volunteers Development and Training.

Second Lieutenant PJ Morgan
Training Officer (Military)

2nd Lt Morgan is A Company's military training officer. He is responsible for the training of the cadets in A Company of the Army Proficiency Certificate (APC). This includes training such as shooting, first aid and signals.

Adult Under Officer D Giles
Training Officer (Non Military)

AUO Giles is A Company's non military training officer. He is responsible for the training of the cadets in A Company of non military activities including activities such as the Duke of Edinburgh's Award and Adventure Training.

The Admin Officer for A Company. As the full time permanent staff officer he provides administrative and logistical support for A Company.

Serjeant Major N Ward
Company Serjeant Major

Serjeant Major Ward is A Company's Company Serjeant Major. He is the senior non commissioned officer of the company responsible for the good order, standards and discipline of the company.

Captain S Reed
Padre

Padre Reed is A Company's Padre. His role is to provide pastoral care and a confidential ear to the Cadets and Staff and to promote the Christian faith.

He is also the chaplin at Musgrove Park Hospital.

Serjeant Major Green is A Company's Shooting Officer. He is responsible for everything to do with shooting in the company and plays a big role in county shooting as well.
