Kit List for Weekend Camps
All issued military clothing and equipment. This must include beret, belt, brassard, combat 95 shirts, combat jackets, combat trousers, fleece, boots and boot socks.
Boot cleaning kit
Foul weather gear (available from stores) - Waterproofs
PT gear and trainers
Padlock for securing locker (if you got one)
Wash gear and towel
Sleeping bag, Sleep Wear
Knife, fork, spoon (KFS) and Mug
Underwear
Civilian clothing
Money to buy sweets, etc.
Note Pad and Pen
Own personal creature comforts.
Other items you may want to bring: green t-shirt, field cap, hat and gloves, torch, green string or bungees, whistle, webbing, First Aid Kit, Water Bottle
All kit should be marked with name and detachment. On Friday evening wear your normal cadet uniform with your combat jacket as it will probably be cold. Put your beret in your pocket so you can get it out when required. Unless told otherwise. Your Detachment Commander will tell you where you will get picked up from and you will be dropped off at the same place on the Sunday afternoon around 4pm. This information will also be available on the A Company website.
