Q. How long have you been an Army Cadet, and why did you join?

A. 1 year. I joined cadets because I'm looking to join the army and I would rather be out enjoying myself on camps and cadet nights, than being at home or getting into trouble.

Q. What is the best thing you have done through the Army Cadets, so far?

A. Meeting hundreds of people from all around the country and making friends for life.

Q. What did you enjoy most about Summer Camp last year?

A. I enjoyed doing loads of activities I wouldn't normally get the chance to do while meeting new people

Q. What did you enjoy least about Summer Camp last year?

A. Getting up at 6.30am every morning! But it was worth it, as we fit so many great things into one day it goes really fast.

Q. What's your favourite subjects in the Army Cadet Force?

A. Shooting because it is a new experience and not allot of people get the chance to do these things.

Q. What do you personally get out of being a member of the Army Cadets?

A. It has very much changed my behaviour and I've got some discipline, but most of all I've made loads of friends and have fun.

Q. Do you think taking part in Community Activities is a good thing? (i.e. Fetes/ Shows/ Parades)

A. Yes it is great to show the public we like to help them and enjoy the public spirit. Showing the public our achievements and skills we have learnt in the cadets.

Q. What do your friends think of you being in the Army Cadets?

A. They are more into beauty and painting nails but I'm more adventurous. They think it's good for me but they wouldn't do it.
